On February 14, 2007, Martha Schoenborn was leaving work at the Federal Trade Commission, crossing 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C., when a Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority bus violently struck and killed her in the middle of the crosswalk. Peter Grenier, of Grenier Law Group PLLC, represented Martha Schoenborn’s family in connection with wrongful death and survival claims, which resulted in a multi million-dollar settlement. Now, a decade later, two more women have been tragically killed at the same exact intersection.
